Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has stated that the delay in the release of the result of Bolaji Olaniyi Hope, a former Student Union Government (SUG) President of the institution was not intentional but as a result of anomaly and irregularities in his name.
Speaking with DAILY POST, the Public Relations Officer of the institution, Tope Abiola stated that Olaniyi was beginning to take the magnanimity of the school for granted because what he did was arson which by law was a crime.
Abiola revealed that after the former student union leader served out his suspension, the school discovered there was a difference between the names he used for his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma.
